Supply Chain Assessment

Impact Group led a global Supply Chain Assessment focusing on key product lines at a Medical Device and Pharmaceutical company, which included mapping detailed processes for three core businesses plus global distribution operations.  The business process redesign included:  Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan Demand, Plan Supply, Manage Materials and Global Logistics.  The project resulted in a detailed gap analysis by BU, business transformation and standardization projects, and identified key priorities for an overall global IT strategic plan.

Strategic Integration Planning

Impact Group led key initiatives for a newly formed Travel company as it spun off from a major Travel, Hospitality and Marketing organization, which included implementing a new ERP system, and migrating from a PeopleSoft HRIS and Payroll system to a Ceridian solution.  This company’s strategic direction is to grow through aggressive acquisitions and Impact Group helped assure all enterprise applications, processes and organizations were aligned to quickly assimilate acquired companies.

Global Infrastructure Migration

Impact Group led the global migration of over 1000 workstations to a new technology infrastructure during a company divestiture. This highly-complex, technology separation project required desktop connectivity across separate and disparate network environments be maintained for the duration of the migration effort. It was successfully accomplished with minimal disruption to business operations.
